The FBI started a full scale surveillance project with no evidence, no reasonable cause, only the word of a criminal informant. There is no evidence (because it doesn't exist) that this group ever had any interest or intent of engaging in terrorist activity, before the FBI came on the scene and led the dialogue. When the FBI raided their community center, there was nothing. NO EVIDENCE. No weapons, no plans, no contacts with terrorist groups, no money. They are not even Muslims.
How did the FBI get away with using criminals for informants without even checking their information and history first?
Why did they have three trials, and why did they get a mixture of convictions the third time? Why was one acquitted in the third trial? Why was one acquitted in the first trial but never released from custody?
Although this group never thought or talked together about any type of terrorist activity, the government was able to accuse them of conspiracy, because the FBI wanted to believe they might be thinking of conspiring. Indictment on thought crime violates the constitution. NO EVIDENCE.
Community Service Organization:
These seven young men worked all day in Aztec Construction Company, earning money to put into the non-profit organization that was helping their community by providing math and art classes for kids, bible study, and food drives for poor, and trying to fund their dream of having a community center to provide meals for the homeless.
